Baker — Iroquois County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Iroquois County, Illinois. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Rotating shifts.
