Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Emmet County, Michigan. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day to day you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
