Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard.
