Guest service agent wanted in Central Bedfordshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a guest service agent in Central Bedfordshire, England. You will be based in a hostel or budget hotel. Your main tasks: • Keep the lobby, desk and back office tidy and presentable • Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and housekeeping status • Process late check-outs, upgrades and room changes • Balance the cash float and run the shift report at end of shift • Run the night audit and close the day's accounts on the night shift What we are looking for: • Able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays • Calm under pressure when the desk is busy or a guest is upset • Well presented with a professional, welcoming manner Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
