Pipe tig welder — Kenedy County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Kenedy County, Texas. You will work in a food and dairy equipment factory. You should have: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through You will strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions.
