Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in City of Harrisonburg, Virginia. You will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
