Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations.
