Now hiring: we are hiring a solar PV technician in Columbia County, Arkansas. You will be based on a residential rooftop. On the job you will handle: • Lay out panel strings to match the shading and layout plan • Commission the system and verify output on the inverter monitoring app • Run DC cabling from panels to combiner boxes and string inverters • Mount and wire battery storage units and charge controllers • Terminate MC4 connectors and check polarity before energizing • Mount racking rails and mounting brackets on roof trusses or ground-mount frames Ideal candidate: • Working at height / roof access training (e.g. IPAF, PASMA) • MCS or equivalent solar PV installation certification $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
