Brickwork mason • Ontario County, New York

Great opportunity: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Ontario County, New York. You will be based on a scaffolded high-rise site. Day to day you will building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish. You should have: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
