You should have: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances On a typical shift you will keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up.
