Join our team: stitching operator (Anambra State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stitching operator in Ayamelum, Anambra State. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. Day-to-day duties: • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
