Scaffolder • Borough of Stockport, England

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffolder in Borough of Stockport, England. Your main tasks: • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground Requirements: • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Able to read basic scaffold drawings Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
