Crawler crane operator — McPherson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in McPherson County, South Dakota. Day-to-day duties: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
