Industrial painter • City of Harrisonburg, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an industrial painter in City of Harrisonburg, Virginia. You will be based in a paint and spray workshop. The role involves: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames Requirements: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
