Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Coos County, Oregon. The job is on a busy high-rise construction site. Requirements: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites On the job you will handle: • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
