Vacancy available: we are hiring a beldar in Greater Bridgeport Planning Region, Connecticut. You will work on a metro and infrastructure project. You will backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage. What we are looking for: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
