Electrostatic spray painter — Benton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Benton County, Arkansas. You will work at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
