Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Isi-Uzo, Enugu State. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
