Aluminium installer • City of Poquoson, Virginia

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium installer in City of Poquoson, Virginia. The job is on a commercial shopfront installation. The role involves: • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing • Punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware • Fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding • Install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine Requirements: • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
