Back-of-house cleaner — Newaygo County

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Newaygo County, Michigan. You will work in a catering unit. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Full-time with occasional weekends.
