Powder coating line operator — Yuma County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Yuma County, Arizona. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Rotating shifts.
