Now hiring: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Washington County, North Carolina. You will be based in a pharmaceutical piping facility. Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height The role involves read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode.
