Great opportunity: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Dawson County, Nebraska. On the job you will handle: • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run You should have: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
