We are recruiting: shuttering charge hand (Arkansas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Prairie County, Arkansas. You will work on a bridge and flyover project. The role involves: • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience.
