Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Lauderdale County, Mississippi. You will work at a busy fabrication workshop. The role involves TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding. Requirements: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
