Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in Crosby County, Texas. You will be based at a busy body shop. On a typical shift you will replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections. What we are looking for: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage Rotating shifts.
