Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Rotating shifts.
