Sheet metal press operator wanted in Osceola County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Osceola County, Iowa. The job is in a sheet metal stamping unit. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts The role involves: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $4,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
