Reinforcement steel fixer • Trousdale County, Tennessee

Immediate opening: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Trousdale County, Tennessee. You will work on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Your main tasks: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
