Back-of-house cleaner wanted in De Soto Parish

Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in De Soto Parish, Louisiana. You will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided.
