Stone mason • Obion County, Tennessee

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stone mason in Obion County, Tennessee. You will be based on a hotel and villa renovation project. The role involves: • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
