Excavator operator wanted in Erie County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an excavator operator in Erie County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in an open-cast quarry. Day to day you will keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient. What we are looking for: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
