Carpenter — Hancock County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a carpenter in Hancock County, Tennessee. You will work at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. The role involves plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level. You should have: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Part-time with flexible hours.
