Metal roofing fitter • Dukes County, Massachusetts

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a metal roofing fitter in Dukes County, Massachusetts. You will be based at a sheet metal roofing workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds Full-time, day shift.
