Groundworker wanted in Ungogo

Vacancy available: we are hiring a groundworker in Ungogo, Kano State. You will work on a residential housing site. On a typical shift you will carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction. What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
