We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Greene County, Alabama. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Full-time, day shift.
