Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Hickory County, Missouri. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
