Crane operator — Chatham County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane operator in Chatham County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Your main tasks: • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
