Natural gas fitter • Santa Barbara County, California

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Santa Barbara County, California. You should have: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces On a typical shift you will install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
