Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Dundee City, Scotland. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure You will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
