Bread baker wanted in Tioga County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Tioga County, Pennsylvania. The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience.
