Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in City of Norton, Virginia. You will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Part-time with flexible hours.
