Prep cook — Catahoula Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
