Dishwashing attendant wanted in Hennepin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Hennepin County, Minnesota. The job is in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Six days a week, one day off.
