Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Anambra West, Anambra State. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down 1+ years on the tools preferred.
