Milling machine operator wanted in Montour County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Montour County, Pennsylvania. On the job you will handle: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control Ideal candidate: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
