Electrostatic spray painter • Clarke County, Iowa

We are recruiting: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Clarke County, Iowa. You will be based at a powder coating unit. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
