Washing machine repair technician wanted in Grand Forks County

Now hiring: we are hiring a washing machine repair technician in Grand Forks County, North Dakota. Your main tasks: • Diagnose faults in washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, fridges and ovens using multimeters and manufacturer fault codes • Replace worn drum bearings, seals and belts on washing machines • Strip down and rebuild appliance motors, pumps and compressors • Solder and braze copper pipework on refrigeration units • Recharge and evacuate refrigerant circuits on fridges and freezers using recovery equipment • Advise customers on appliance care and preventive maintenance What we are looking for: • City & Guilds or NVQ in appliance servicing or electrical installation • Willing to carry an on-call rota for emergency callouts • Up to date with PAT testing and electrical safety regulations Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
