Office furniture installer • Lexington County, South Carolina

Great opportunity: we are hiring an office furniture installer in Lexington County, South Carolina. You will be based at a furniture retailer's delivery and assembly service. On the job you will handle: • Use a cordless drill/driver and hex keys to tighten fittings to the right torque • Hang cabinet and wardrobe doors and adjust hinges for even, square gaps • Fit cam locks, cam screws, confirmat screws and minifix connectors • Carry out a final check that every door, drawer and panel is square and stable • Level units and wardrobes with a spirit level and adjustable feet or shims • Anchor tall furniture to the wall with anti-tip straps and brackets Ideal candidate: • Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends • Reliable timekeeping and able to complete jobs within the quoted time • Physically fit for lifting, carrying and kneeling through a full working day 2+ years on the tools preferred.
