Natural gas fitter • Wahkiakum County, Washington

Join our team: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Wahkiakum County, Washington. Day-to-day duties: • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply What we are looking for: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders Pay around $170 per day, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
